Convergence Realty Ltd (“we”, company number 16513854, registered in England & Wales, with local operations in France) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and during the course of our agency services.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, area and budget), records of viewings, offers and communications, and identification and proof-of-funds information where anti-money-laundering checks require it.

Why we collect it

To provide estate agency services you request (contract), to comply with legal obligations including AML checks (legal obligation), and to respond to enquiries (legitimate interests). We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers without your consent.

Sharing

We share information only with parties necessary to your transaction — for example notaires, surveyors and the vendor’s agent — and with service providers bound by contract. Where processors are used outside the UK or the EEA, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses.

Retention & your rights

Enquiry data is kept up to 24 months; transaction records up to 7 years to meet AML and tax rules. You may request access, correction, deletion or objection at support@convergencerealty.org. You can also complain to the ICO or, for matters connected with our French operations, to the CNIL.
