Convergence Realty Ltd (company number 16513854) is a remote estate agency registered in England & Wales, with local operations in France and serving clients across France. These terms apply to agency services; your instruction letter states the agreed fee, term and services.

Our services

Property search and matched buying, accompanied viewings (in person or by video), offer negotiation and sales progression for buyers; valuation, marketing, viewings and progression for sellers. We coordinate but do not provide legal, survey or financial advice.

Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before instruction and are due as stated in your instruction letter. Cancellation rights and any notice period are set out there. We do not take undisclosed referral commissions.

Property descriptions

Listings are prepared in good faith from information provided by owners and our inspections; they are not representations or warranties. Buyers must make their own enquiries and obtain surveys and legal advice before signature.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned.

Complaints

Complaints go first to support@convergencerealty.org; we reply within 5 working days and provide our final view within 8 weeks. We are members of a property redress scheme as required for our UK agency work.
