From a Paris base, Convergence Realty was set up as a remote estate agency: no high-street windows, no time lost to footfall — the whole budget goes into coordination, data and communication. Every client gets one named coordinator from instruction to completion.

It also means we’re not tied to one town. The same team handles a Haussmannian flat in Paris and a stone house in Bordeaux with the same process, the same weekly written updates and the same negotiation standards.

Where we work

Serving clients across France — Paris apartments, Lyon townhouses, Bordeaux stone houses and beyond. Viewings are accompanied in person where practical, or by live video walkthrough anywhere.

How we’re accountable

Weekly written reports on every live file. Every offer verified and presented with the buyer’s position. Fees agreed in writing before instruction, with no hidden referral commissions.
